Our online marriage counseling, marriage therapy, and couples counseling services help couples strengthen communication, navigate conflict, repair trust, reconnect, and deepen intimacy. Couples therapy can support relationships during difficult seasons and provide an opportunity for couples who are doing well to continue investing intentionally in their marriage and connection.

Online individual counseling and individual therapy can help you build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, recognize relationship patterns, navigate life changes, make thoughtful decisions, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Our practical, relationship-focused approach helps you turn greater understanding into changes you can use in your relationships and everyday life.Focus on improving relationships with yourself and others, setting and maintaining personal boundaries, or working to create healthy, positive change.

Our online teen counseling and adolescent therapy services help teenagers develop confidence, improve communication, navigate friendships and dating relationships, manage peer and social pressures, make thoughtful decisions, and prepare for greater independence. We also recognize the importance of the parent-teen relationship and help families stay connected as teens grow.

Online parenting counseling and parent support can help parents become more confident and intentional, improve parent-child communication, establish appropriate boundaries and expectations, navigate challenging situations, and strengthen connection with their children and teens. We help parents identify what matters most to their family and develop practical parenting strategies that reflect those priorities.

Our online family counseling and family therapy services focus on improving communication, resolving conflict, rebuilding connection, and strengthening relationships between parents and teens and adult family members. Family therapy can help families navigate changing roles, difficult relationship patterns, boundaries, transitions, and periods of distance while learning more productive ways to communicate and relate to one another.

Thrive Counseling does not provide counseling or therapy for young children.

Online co-parenting counseling helps separated and divorced parents improve communication, establish boundaries, navigate disagreements, make parenting decisions, and develop practical ways to work together with their children’s best interests at the center.

Co-parenting counseling focuses specifically on the co-parenting relationship rather than the former romantic relationship. The goal is to help parents develop the communication and relationship skills needed to work together appropriately and provide greater consistency for their children.
